Welcome to www.thefloromyst.com, the official online platform of Floromyst – a luxury perfume brand from Surat. By accessing or using this website, or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. These terms govern your use of the site and all transactions made through it.

1.Product Accuracy & Availability

At Floromyst, we ensure that all product listings are accurate and up to date. However:

The images shown on the website are for illustration purposes only. Actual product packaging, color, and scent tones may differ slightly.

All perfumes are sold in 50ml bottles unless specified otherwise.

Product availability is subject to stock. We reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue any product at any time without notice.

We strive to describe our fragrances truthfully, but olfactory experiences may vary slightly from person to person due to body chemistry.

 2.Orders & Payments

To ensure a smooth and secure shopping experience:

Orders can only be placed through our website using accepted payment methods like Razorpay, UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking.

Orders are confirmed only after full payment has been successfully processed.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at the moment.

Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp, along with order tracking details.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to suspicious activity, payment failure, incorrect pricing, or inventory error.

3.Shipping & Delivery Policy

We aim to deliver your perfume safely and on time. Here's what you need to know:

Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery Timeline:

Gujarat: 3–4 working days

Rest of India: 5–7 working days

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to follow your shipment.

Delays due to courier issues, remote delivery locations, weather conditions, or unforeseen events are beyond our control, but we’ll support you through the process.

4.Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of perfume products, we only accept returns/exchanges in the following cases:

You received a damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect item.

You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product by emailing us or sending a message on WhatsApp with clear photo/video evidence.

Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will offer a replacement or refund as per the situation.

Please note: Fragrance preference is subjective, and we do not accept returns for "not liking the scent."

5.Privacy & Security

Your privacy is important to us. When you shop with Floromyst:

We collect only essential information required to process your order and provide better service.

Your data is protected through SSL encryption and handled securely by our payment gateway partners.

We do not share, sell, or misuse your personal information under any circumstances.
