Shipping Policy

All purchases made through Floromyst are shipped directly from our central warehouse located in Surat, Gujarat – India, via our trusted courier partners. Please allow a standard delivery time depending on your location and courier service availability.

Gujarat Wide – estimated 3 to 4 working days

India wide- estimated 5 to 7 working days

Deliveries are scheduled between 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM from Monday to Saturday. A signature may be required at the time of delivery. In case you are not available, please authorize a responsible person like a family member, friend, or neighbor to receive the package on your behalf.

 Floromyst will not be liable for any goods received and signed by a third party at the delivery address.

Once the product is delivered and acknowledged by the recipient, Floromyst holds no responsibility for any physical damage, loss, or theft occurring afterward.

 If your order arrives with any discrepancies, damages, or missing items, you must contact our customer care team on the same day of delivery for assistance. All shipping and handling charges are dynamic and depend on product category, size, quantity, packaging type, and delivery region.

 These charges will be shown clearly at the time of checkout, ensuring transparency before the order is confirmed.
