Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Floromyst, we strive to deliver only the finest fragrances with the highest quality standards. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return and exchange process, subject to the terms below.

 Eligibility for Returns or Exchange

Products can be returned or exchanged only if they are received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.

Returns or exchanges must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.

 Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with seals intact.

 Used perfumes, opened packaging, or broken seals are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Email us at floromytsofficial@gamil.com or WhatsApp us with your order number and clear pictures of the issue.

Once verified, our team will arrange for a reverse pickup (available in selected pin codes).

After the returned product passes quality check, we will process:

A replacement for exchanges

A refund in the form of store credit or to your original payment method (as applicable).

Important Notes

Reverse pickup facility is subject to courier availability. If not serviceable, the customer may need to ship the product to our Surat warehouse at their own expense.

 Refunds/exchanges will be processed within 5–7 working days after inspection.

 Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

 Products bought during sales or promotional offers are not eligible for return, except in cases of damage or defect.
